Invitation to Bid

Notice is hereby given that the Willimantic Housing Authority (WHA) will receive sealed bids on or before 1:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Willimantic Housing Authority, 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226.  Said bids will be opened and read aloud at this time.  Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. 

Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Renovations at Terry Court, Willimantic, CT.  Sealed bid packages shall be clearly marked "Renovations at Terry Court", Attention: Kim Haddad, Executive Director.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Please meet in front of 40-42 Normandy Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226. The last date and time for RFI's shall be Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.

The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (HACW) is seeking sealed bids for the project entitled John Ashton Towers - Kitchen Upgrades Phase I.  Bid Opening date is July 3, 2034 at 10:00 am at the Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic. 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT  06226.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  A pre-bid walk thru will be held June 17, 2024 at 2:00 pm at 621 Valley Street, Willimantic, CT  06226.
