John Ashton Towers & Wilbur Cross Apartments

John Ashton Towers and Wilbur Cross Apartments are federally subsidized high rise developments for elderly and disabled residents. All units are 1 Bedroom with the exception of 2 Efficiency units. Rents are based on 30% of the gross household income. The maximum rent for an Efficiency is $690.00 and $723.00 for a 1 Bedroom. Heat, hot water and electricity are included in the rental amount. There is an additional charge for using a window air conditioner of $10.00 per month.   A stove and refrigerator are supplied with the unit. Group cable television is available at a discounted rate. There are laundry facilities on the premises at each building. The lease agreement is month to month and may be terminated with a 15 day written notice. The security deposit is equal to the greater of $100.00 or one months' rent.
