Hevrin Terrace

Hevrin Terrace is a state financed family development made up of 2 and 3 Bedroom units. Rents are the lesser of 30% of the household income or the contract rent. Tenants are responsible for their own natural gas heat and hot water, electricity, and water usage. Tenants must furnish their own electric stove and refrigerator. Tenants are responsible to mow their own lawn, shovel their walks, and keep their yard neat, clean and free of debris. Trash removal is provided by the Town of Windham. The lease is for 12 months and may be terminated with a 15 day written notice. Security deposit is equal to one months' rent.
